About You
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Solid experience in a generalist HR management or senior HR role
• Strong understanding of Australian employment law and Award interpretation
• Confident managing employee relations, performance matters, and investigations
• Background in construction, engineering, or project-based environments preferred
