About You
• Proven experience in senior operations (Project Manager/Operations Manager/Construction Manger) or ideally in a General Manager position in the groundworks/piling/excavation/shoring sector.
• Confident managing project managers, superintendents, and support staff.
• Strong commercial and financial skills – A strong understanding of P&L's and project financial management is essential.
• Practical knowledge of site operations, plant and equipment, blue collar crews, and project workflows.
• Calm, decisive, and accountable; able to handle challenges and manage strong personalities.

• Oversee all operational, project, and commercial activity across the business.
• Ensure projects are planned, resourced, and delivered safely, on time, and to standard.
• Lead and support key staff, clarify responsibilities, and maintain consistent systems and reporting.
• Monitor safety, quality, and risk at a management level.
• Act as a senior contact for important clients, supporting smooth delivery and positive relationships.
