About You
• You’re a capable civil Estimator who enjoys working through the detail and contributing to well-prepared tenders. You will bring:
• Experience estimating civil infrastructure projects such as roads, rail, stations, utilities, water or industrial works
• Confidence using estimating platforms 
• Ability to price both construct-only and D&C projects
• Strong skills preparing scopes of work and reviewing subcontractor pricing
• Practical knowledge of construction rates, benchmarks and market conditions
• Clear communication skills and a team-first approach

About the Role
• Working as part of an established pre-contracts team, your responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing tender documents and identifying scope, risks and opportunities
• Preparing BOQs, RFQs and pricing schedules
• Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing comparisons
• Developing construction methodologies and tender programs
• Presenting estimates for internal review and supporting tender strategy
• Providing clear handover information to delivery teams
