About You
• Estimating experience in civil construction or infrastructure (Senior: 7+ years).
• Confident reviewing drawings, contracts and technical specs.
• Accurate cost estimates, rate build-ups and tender documents.
• Comfortable working with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay steady during tight tender deadlines.
• Familiar with estimating software (e.g., CostX, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar).
• A practical, down-to-earth approach and resilience when things get busy.

About the Role
• Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions for civil projects across Sydney.
• Review plans, identify risks and flag any gaps early.
• Source and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Work closely with project teams through bid stages.
• Contribute ideas to improve accuracy, efficiency and tender success.
• Support or mentor junior estimators, depending on your level.
• Assist with post-tender reviews and cost tracking when required.
