Our client is a long-standing civil and landscaping construction contractor known for delivering high-quality parks, open spaces, and urban infrastructure projects. They’re expanding their Sydney team and seeking an experienced Estimator to support ongoing growth.

About You
• 5+ years’ estimating experience in landscaping, civil or similar.
• Strong cost planning and tendering skills.
• Skilled in reviewing drawings and tender documentation.
• Confident communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing deadlines.
• Australian working rights and experience in the local market.
About the Role
• Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions.
• Review drawings and specs to define scope and risks.
• Source subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Produce BOQs, cost breakdowns, and tender submissions.
• Support project handovers and internal teams.
