THE COMPANY
Our client is a well-established civil engineering and construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high quality infrastructure projects. They are seeking a highly motivated Estimator to join their dynamic team.
ABOUT YOU
•3-5 years of proven experience in civil estimation.
•Understanding of general civils, roads and subdivision.
•Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
ABOUT THE ROLE
•Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
•Analyse project plans, specifications, and proposals to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
•Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
•Develop and maintain cost databases.
•Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate project costing.
