About You
• Over 5+ years’ experience estimating civil construction projects
• Confident preparing accurate tenders from concept to submission
• Comfortable working with engineers, suppliers and site teams
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
The Role
• Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions
• Review drawings, scopes and specifications
• Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor pricing
• Identify risks, opportunities and cost efficiencies
• Support project teams with pre-construction input
