About You
• Solid experience in construction estimating, preferably with a contractor.
• Confident reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and tender docs.
• Strong skills in quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and preparing competitive estimates.
• Good communication skills to work with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Comfortable using estimating software (CostX, Planswift, Bluebeam) and Excel.
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering are a plus.

• Prepare accurate estimates, cost plans, and tender submissions.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost evaluations.
• Source and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Review drawings and scope documents for accuracy.
• Work closely with project teams to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving options.
