•Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
•Proven supervisor experience in large-scale industrial projects, preferably within demolition, decommissioning, or remediation.
•Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
•Relevant certifications and licenses.
ABOUT THE ROLE
•Oversee and manage activities on site.
•Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and project specifications.
•Coordinate and supervise team members, subcontractors, and equipment.
•Monitor project progress and report to project management.
•Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
•Maintain accurate records and documentation.
