About You
• 2–3 years’ experience (junior) OR/AND 4–5+ years (mid-level) as a Site Superintendent.
• Essential site-based experience; consulting background preferred.
• Civil Engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of construction practices, safety, and quality standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role
• Support senior Site Superintendents and Project Managers on active sites.
• Assist with RFIs, EOTs, progress claims, and variations.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor activities.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Maintain site records and reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly.
• Work across varying projects depending on team needs.
