Civil Senior Engineer Job in Sydney, NSW

About You
• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering.
• 6+ years’ consultancy experience in civil design.
• Strong knowledge of local standards, approvals and design practices.
• Experience in roads, drainage, earthworks and site development works.
• Proficient in DRAINS, MUSIC, AutoCAD, and either 12d or Civil 3D (or similar design software).
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders and support junior staff.

About the Role
• Lead civil design and documentation across land development and building projects.
• Manage delivery from feasibility and concept through to detailed design and construction support.
• Coordinate with architects, planners, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications and calculations for approvals and delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to practical, value-driven design solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client and project relationships.
