About You
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Civil Estimator.
• Solid understanding of first principles estimating.
• Background across TfNSW, subdivisions, rail, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and confidence building relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience a bonus.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.

About the Role
• Preparing and reviewing competitive tenders.
• Assessing project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Developing detailed cost estimates and exploring alternative methods.
• Ensuring smooth handovers from estimating to project delivery.
• Contributing ideas to improve processes within the team.
