Civil Draftsperson Job in Sydney, NSW

Our client is a well-known, and highly respected engineering consultancy based in Sydney CBD. Busy with landmark projects, they are looking to expand their team with a Civil Draftsman keen to learn and grow a long-term career.

They are seeking a skilled Civil Drafter to join their team.

About You:
• You need 3 - 5 years of experience as a Civil Draftsperson.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, and Civil 3D.
• Your Civil Drafting project experience will include industrial, commercial, & residential.
• Diploma or Certificate of Civil Construction Design or equivalent (desired).
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to visualise concepts and work collaboratively.
• You will need Aus Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

The Role:
• Translate concepts into drawings using AutoCAD & Civil 3D.
• Prepare detailed drafting documentation for:
• Bulk earthworks/Grading Designs.
• Stormwater, drainage & flooding.
• On Site Detention (OSD).
• Roads & intersections.
• Pavements.
• Meet project timelines and specifications.
• Adhere to compliance standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers.
