Civil Designer Job in Sydney, NSW

About You
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Civil Design or similar, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Around 4–7 years’ experience in civil design within consulting or development projects.
• Confident using 12D and AutoCAD for design work.
• Solid understanding of stormwater, roads, earthworks and general civil infrastructure.
• Comfortable working with Australian Standards and council processes.
• Clear communicator who enjoys working with teammates, clients and authorities.
• Someone who takes pride in producing accurate, well-considered work.

About the Role
• Prepare and refine civil designs and drawings across drainage, roads, subdivisions and general site works.
• Work closely with engineers, councils and service authorities to move projects forward smoothly.
• Review design inputs, resolve technical issues and contribute practical solutions.
• Maintain quality checks, update mark-ups and support project delivery from concept to documentation.
• Join project meetings and provide design input when required.
