ABOUT YOU
•Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
•Proven experience as a Bid Manager or Senior Estimator.
•Demonstrated success in managing and winning bids for projects of significant value.
•Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering is preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE
•Manage the end-to-end bid process, from initial opportunity identification to contract award.
•Lead and coordinate bid teams, ensuring timely and accurate submission of proposals.
•Develop and implement bid strategies that maximise the company's competitive advantage.
•Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
