About You
You will bring:
• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Approximately 8+ years' experience in a structural consulting environment.
• Strong experience designing building structures across a range of sectors.
• Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and local engineering practices.
• Experience with structural analysis and design software.
• RPEQ registration, or the ability to obtain it.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and project teams.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to mentor junior engineers.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
• Deliver structural design solutions for a variety of building projects.
• Manage projects from concept through to completion.
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and other consultants.
• Review designs, calculations and technical documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
• Attend site inspections and assist in resolving technical challenges.
• Contribute to business development and ongoing client relationships.
• Help maintain high standards of technical quality across projects.
