Associate Director Job in Sydney, NSW

About You
• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 + years' civil design experience, with a proven career built in the Sydney market.
• Extensive experience across urban land development highly regarded, spanning industrial, residential, commercial and public infrastructure/domain work.
• Chartered Civil Engineer (CPEng).
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment to meet deadlines.
• Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person.
• Brings a track record of business development to the role.
• Proficient in relevant software packages including 12d, DRAINS, MUSIC and AutoCAD, applied in line with Australian design standards.

About the Role
• Join the Senior Management Team and help steer the ongoing growth of the business.
• Take ownership of design and project management for major urban development projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
• Lead an established, growing team based in Sydney.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers coming through the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
