Since owning his first business in 1996 based in Auckland New Zealand, Mike understands the importance of onboarding the right people. “Recruitment of good staff can be the difference of average and excellence in the world of business”.  Mike has a solid background in recruitment sector having run his own recruitment consultancy since 2016 focused across several technical sectors. Mike works specifically for Consulting Engineering firms, recruiting Engineers, Project Management and Drafting professionals across the Infrastructure and Built Environment sectors. He places both permanent and freelance staff within our extensive and established client base.

Mike also has a track record within franchising across New Zealand and Australia, having been a master franchisor as well as a franchisee within the HVAC industry. He brings this wealth of experience to Constructive as we embark on the next exciting stage of our development and look to expand our franchise network across Australia. “Helping others grow and achieve their personal and business goals, really floats my boat”.

Mike has 2 teenage daughters and outside of Constructive … he’s catching up on MotoGP, loves keeping fit, doing yoga, riding his Ducati and plays in a band.
